Week 1: 7/13-7/18

Here are my riding goals for the week: 
Monday: 6 miles at an easy speed.
Tuesday: 10 miles at the pace I want to maintain during the century.
Wednesday: 12 miles at a brisk pace.
Thursday: 9 miles at pace.
Friday: 10 miles at pace. 
Saturday: 30 miles at pace.
